Symptoms –
Chrome is very slow to load, or just doesn’t load at all. If you check process explorer you can see all the chrome processes listed as normal but chrome will not open on screen. If you leave it long enough you might be lucky enough to come back and find chrome open on your desktop but chances are you give up before that happens!
So you tried re-installing chrome, installing chrome canary and nothing works. IE works fine and you can access google (or any internet location) from any other browser.
Try this (Windows 10)-
Right click the start button and select Command Prompt (admin)
In the command prompt window which appears type – netsh
next type – winsock reset
restart the computer and see if your problem is resolved.
