When trying to connect to a computer remotely you might run into a frustrating problem – when you try and type the letter ‘u’ on the keyboard narrator opens instead of typing it into the username or password field.

Solution – from the narraor launch the on screen keyboard, next select the windows key and ‘u’. After you have done this close the on screen keyboard and the narrator and you should be back to normal!
