Delete your Google account and your YouTube videos go with it!
Note to self - when deleting a Google apps account make sure that the user does not have any videos stored in YouTube. While there are several articles telling you how you can request them to restore the account you get stuck in an endless loop between Google and YouTube support. Each department suggests the other can help you out and you get nowhere! My case involved closing an account with a domain associated in order to add it as an alias to a new Google account. Google advised that the old domain account became a temp account and I was actually able to get into that and create a new Google account from it, but that's where it ended - the YouTube videos were not attached to the temp account as they should have been.
YouTube state they cannot help you further - you will get a standard reply with a different name each time!
I am a support specialist on YouTube account and Google+ linking issues, I am afraid I will not be able to help you with your specific issue - channel restore, as it is outside my area of expertise.
Unfortunately, I cannot help to restore your Google account. Though Google and YouTube are merged, there are certain security measures enabled by the Google account recovery flow that we cannot bypass. Using the Google account recovery tool is the only way to restore your account. It was designed to ensure that no one can gain access to your account but you.
If you fill out the recovery form and aren't successful on the first try, you can try again (some users might also see a link for additional password help). Make sure to wait until you receive a reply before you submit another report. Try to provide as much information as possible on each attempt. Each submission is evaluated independently.
If you are unable to recover access your account, you can create a new account to take advantage of being signed in to YouTube. After creating a new account you will be able to create playlists, comment, and more.
Again, I want to apologize that I cannot help further with restoring your account. Be sure to answer all of the questions in the recovery form to the best of your ability.
